No names were mentioned...but President Obama appeared to take a swipe at Republican frontrunner Donald Trump.

FOX News' Jared Halpern has more the White House:

Speaking at a ceremony at the U.S. Capitol marking the 150th anniversary of the 13th Amendment, outlawing slavery... President Obama called on leaders to remember our freedom is bound up with the freedom of others.

(President Obama) "Regardless of what they look like or where they come from or what their last name is or what faith they practice."

Donald Trump has been criticized by leaders across the political spectrum for proposing a total ban on Muslims entering the U.S.

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest says the message isn't new for this President...

(Earnest) "In quite stark contrast to the rhetoric that we hear from a variety of Republican candidates."
