Wrapping up his trip to the G-20 Summit in Turkey, President Obama addresses reporters about the Paris terror attacks and the U.S. strategy to deal with ISIS.

FOX's Jessica Golloher is with the President in Antalya.

President Obama making his long-awaited address to reporters here about the U.S.'s future plans to defeat ISIS...

(President Obama) "The strategy that we are putting forward is the strategy that ultimately is going to work, but as I said from the start it's going to take time."

The President adding it will be the same plan as the U.S. has used for the last year and that sometimes mistakes are made. President Obama says if anyone has a better idea than his advisers he's willing to meet with them. 

The President adding he's committed to helping refugees and that they too are victims of terrorism.
