More Foreign Students Studying in the United States

More foreign students are studying in the United States than U.S. Students studying elsewhere, according to new survey.

    FOX News’ Eben Brown reports:

University students from around the world are still coming to the U.S. to learn. New data from the non-profit Institute of International Education shows the number of foreign students now enrolled at U.S. colleges and universities is up 10% from last year.

It’s mostly due to a major uptick in students coming here from India and China. The Indian student population alone grew 30% over the past year. In contrast, less American students are studying abroad.

The same survey finds less than 2% of U.S. college students opting to study overseas.
