Indictments have been announced for more than a hundred bikers who were arrested in a Texas shootout over the summer.
FOX's Tonya J. Powers has details:
A grand jury has indicted 106 of the 177 bikers arrested in the shootout between the bikers and police at a restaurant in Waco, Texas in May.
Nine died and 20 were hurt in the shooting, which investigators say came out of an apparent confrontation between two rival motorcycle clubs.
(Reyna) "The only thing that anyone can read into the fact that there were 106 indictments, is that the other cases were not presented at this time."
... That's McLennan County D.A. Abel Reyna.
They're not done yet... The grand jury members will return to consider charges against the other 71 bikers who were arrested on the same charges.
Those indictments are for engaging in organized criminal activity, not murder.
