12-Foot Alligator Caught in Texas Mall
An unexpected sight at a Texas shopping center.
More from FOX News’ Paul Stevens:
An alligator found this past Saturday at a shopping center in Sugarland, Texas. That 12-foot-long 900-pound gator, blind in one eye, winding up in the parking lot likely trying to get back to a local creek when it got lost.
Alligator trapper Christy Kroboth got called in:
(Kroboth) “He wasn’t too sweet to me, but I’ll forgive him for that.”
She called for back-up, a Home Depot forklift and a truck… That gator, now in a new home:
(Kroboth) “He’ll probably just live out the rest of his life and have girlfriends and make babies and be fit every day and just be a happy gator.”
That happy life at a sanctuary in El Campo, Texas.
