Lincoln Chafee Ends Presidential Campaign

One less Democrat is running for President.

FOX News Radio’s Jon Decker has the details from Washington:

Mired at the bottom of most presidential polls and coming off a less-than-memorable performance in last week’s Democratic debate, former Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chafee just told a women’s Democratic forum.

(Chafee) “Now as you all know I’ve been campaigning on a platform of prosperity through peace. But after much thought I’ve decided to end my campaign for president today.”

With Chafee’s departure, three Democratic candidates remain in the race for the party’s nomination.
