Simon Cowell Set To Replace Howard Stern on ‘America’s Got Talent’

‘America’s Got Talent’ has a new judge that may be familiar to many.

FOX News Radio’s Michelle Pollino reports:

There is only one man that could replace Howard Stern and ‘America’s Got Talent’ nabbed him… Simon Cowell has been named as Stern’s replacement as judge for the NBC series.

Cowell pretty much invented the format when it first launched in 2006 and his comments were very direct and often times harsh…

(Cowell) “Oh that was musical murder… and I’m not being rude… It was absolutely awful.”

Cowell said about the new job… “What I love about this show is that it’s open to absolutely anyone and I would like that talent to come to our show, including any dogs who can sing!”

Auditions for Season 11 kick off in Detroit on Nov. 7.
