Vice President Joe Biden is not going to join Democrats in the 2016 Presidential election.
FOX News Radio's Jared Halpern has more:
Calling his son Beau the inspiration for a potential Presidential run, Vice President Joe Biden concludes he's simply run out of time... ending months of hour-by hour speculation as to whether he'd mount a challenge to front-runner Hillary Clinton.
Biden spent this morning with close advisers, he was joined at the White House by his wife, flanked by President Obama.
While not a candidate...Biden says he won't be silent...planning to campaign hard against Republican foes of the Obama legacy.
As for Clinton, she'll spend her day here tomorrow on Capitol Hill... testifying in front of the Benghazi Committee... that select panel led by Republicans investigating the 2012 attack on the consulate... a key point of much of the opposition mounted by Republicans against Hillary Clinton.
It was thought that an announcement may come before Hillary Clinton testified at that committee.
