FOX News Radio’s Jeff Monosso has more:
With the election of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the Liberal party… Environmentalists hope change will come to the countries support for Alberta’s Oil Sands and for the Keystone XL pipeline.
(Swift) “It represents a repudiation of the former Prime Minister Harper’s policy by the Canadian Electorite – and moving forward the new Canadian government under Trudeau will have many opportunities to change Canada’s course.”
The Natural Resources Defense Council’s Anthony Swift though Justin Trudeau, who vowed to take climate change more seriously and like Canada’s former conservative prime minister, supports the oil industry… Including the Keystone XL pipeline which is being held up by the Obama Administration.
