Blake Shelton Sues ‘In Touch’ Over Rehab Story

Blake Shelton is going after a gossip magazine and he’s asking for big money…

FOX News Radio’s Michelle Pollino reports:

Blake Shelton is suing gossip mag ‘In Touch’ for over a million dollars over a cover insinuating he checked into rehab after his split from Miranda Lambert… At issue is a September 28 cover that featured a picture of Blake along with the headline, “Rehab for Blake.”

In his lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Shelton’s attorney says he’s not in rehab and he wants to set the record straight.

(Shelton) “Your lips taste like Sangria.”

The ‘Sangria’ singer is also reuniting with Lambert at the 2015 Country Music Association Awards. This will be the first time the pair will appear together since their divorce earlier this year.
