Planned Parenthood, under fire over controversial videos, is making a policy change.
FOX News Radio's Jared Halpern has more from Washington:
At issue in most of those videos released by an anti-abortion group is whether Planned Parenthood illegally sold fetal body parts and tissue. It's an allegation the non-profit strenuously denies. But Planned Parenthood's president is outlining a new policy telling the director of the National Institutes of Health that while the group will continue to make fetal tissue available for research, it will not accept any payment to cover the costs... Even though federal law does allow reimbursements for research.
