Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush is giving details on how he will replace President Obama's health care plan if elected.

FOX News Radio's Tonya J. Powers has the story:

Jeb Bush says his plan will provide affordable health care for all Americans... Telling the crowd he would repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act on his first day in office.

(Bush) "You can't fix something that was a failure from the start. We have to start over."

The plan would also increase tax credits for individuals, allowing them to buy coverage protection against "high-cost" medical events.

(Bush) "He just built on a system that was already rickety is an understatement and he's made it more complex and taken power away from Washington."

He says his plan also promotes innovation and would cost less.
