Steven Tyler: Donald Trump Not Allowed to Use ‘Dream On’ at Campaign Events
Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler is telling GOP front-runner Donald Trump to stop dreaming.
FOX News Radio’s Michele Pollino reports:
Steven Tyler is asking Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump to stop using the Aerosmith song ‘Dream On’ at campaign events.
However, Tyler, a registered Republican, says through his attorney that the cease and desist letter is not a “political” or “personal issue with Mr. Trump,” but it’s one of permission and copyright.
Attorneys for Tyler sent the letter to Trump’s campaign Saturday, saying, “Trump does not have our client’s permission to use ‘Dream On'” or any of Tyler’s other songs and that it “gives the false impression that he is connected with or endorses Mr. Trump’s presidential bid.”
