Backlash Over President’s Planned Visit To Oregon
President Obama’s planned visit to an Oregon community devastated by a mass shooting is drawing backlash.
FOX News Radio’s Tom Graham reports:
Grieving continues for nine people shot and killed during a mass shooting at a community college in Roseburg, Oregon last week.
Referencing previous rampages, President Obama called for common sense gun safety laws just hours after the killings. Now some say the visit will not help the grieving community.
Stacy Boylan lost his daughter, Ana…
(Boylan) “I really feel that his visit here is completely to support his gun control agenda.”
Others are welcoming the President.
(Ryan) ”I may disagree with his statements, but if he can help some of the victims… that’s what we’re here for.”
