The book tells their family’s inspiring story of overcoming adversity – both in parenting two boys, and in dealing with their daughter Mia having been born with a cleft palate. Mia, 12, has already gone through 8 corrective surgeries. Yet, through all the adversity that Missy, Jase, and their children face – they always remain positive, appreciate God’s blessings, and always cherish the little things.
