Hillary Clinton, having been indecisive for the better part of two years on the matter, made her stance on the Keystone XL Pipeline known: a resounding NO. The timing seemed necessary as a surge in the polls from Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders - running to the left of Clinton - has found the former Secretary of State in second place in two important state polls.
Also, Dr. Ben Carson was on the defensive this week, after divisive comments he made about Muslims landed him in hot water.
