A change in criteria may allow former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina to join the top tier of Republicans on the main stage for the next GOP debate on September 16th. Under previous qualifications Fiorina would have most likely be left to participate in the secondary debate. Also, the war of words between Jeb Bush and Donald Trump may have opened the door for the rise of another GOP hopeful. And Hillary's e-mail troubles continue.
