Hillary Clinton says she should have done a better job explaining her email issues... and now the Democratic presidential candidate apologizes.

FOX News Radio's Rachel Sutherland reports:

After months of digging in her heels over the email scandal, the former Secretary of State told ABC News it was a mistake to use a private email server.

(Clinton) "I'm sorry about that... I take responsibility... and I'm trying to be as transparent as I possibly can."

In the at-times emotional interview, Clinton also said everyone she emailed with in the government -- including those in the White House -- knew she was using a personal address. The comments came just a day after she told the AP she did not need to apologize for her actions, saying what she did was allowed.
