Fresh Coat Of Paint For Danica Patrick

NASCAR heads to the “World’s Fastest Half Mile” in Bristol, Tennessee, as many drivers are still jockeying for position in the post-season.

FOX News Radio’s Kirstin McNary reports in ”FOX in the Fast Lane“:

Just three races to go before The Chase, and with few post-season spots up for grabs, the field heads to “Thunder Valley” to race under the lights at Bristol Motor Speedway.

One of the drivers hoping to make NASCAR’s Sweet 16 is Danica Patrick of Stewart-Haas Racing. With two top ten finishes on the season, Danica is 21st in the points standings and, more good news for the driver of the No. 10 Chevy, as SHR, confirmed resigning Patrick to a multi-year contract extension and inking a new sponsorship deal with Nature’s Bakery.

So, with a new sponsor comes a new light blue paint job, which Danica thinks really brings out her… tires…

(Patrick) “There’s not quite a color like that out there and definitely not this much of it, so I think it’s gonna stand out, which is important. Of course, more importantly it’s gonna look great against my skin tone.”

The natural snack bar company is replacing GoDaddy and will be on the car for 28 of the 38 races next season.
