Jared Fogle To Plead Guilty To Child Porn, Sex With Minors

Former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle agreeing Wednesday to plead guilty to multiple charges… including paying for sex with minors.

FOX News Radio’s Jeff Monosso reports:

37-year-old Jared Fogle agrees to plead guilty on a later date to charges that he engaged in sex acts with minors and traded child pornography in a case connected to a former business partner, who’s also charged.

(Prosecutor) “This is about using wealth, status and secrecy to illegally exploit children.”

Federal prosecutors say Fogle faces up to twelve years in prison. And in part of his plea deal Fogle agrees to pay 14 minor victims $100,000 each and he registers as a sex offender.

Fogle’s attorney says his client is also seeking treatment and remains on home confinement, as his wife seeks a divorce.
