Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has turned over her private server to the Justice Department.
FOX News Radio's Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington.
When Clinton first addressed the email scandal in March she insisted...
(Clinton) "I believe I have met all my responsibilities and the server will remain private."
But late last night , she instructed staffers to hand it over to the Justice Department.
The move comes after the inspector general for the Intelligence Community notified senior lawmakers that retroactively classified emails found on the server contained material deemed to be more sensitive than previously thought.
A spokesman says Clinton has pledged to cooperate.
