More details have been released in last night's deadly Louisiana movie theater shooting.

FOX News Radio's Tonya J. Powers reports:

John Russell Houser is the man Lafayette police say opened fire in the Grand 16 movie theater, killing two before shooting himself to death.

Police Chief Jim Craft called Houser a "drifter" who previously lived in Alabama, but has been in a Lafayette hotel since early July.

(Craft) "We found wigs and glasses and disguises basically in his room."

He says Houser parked his 1995 Lincoln Continental near the theater exit.

(Craft) "It is apparent that he was intent on shooting and then escaping."

Police are making an appeal to anyone with information about Houser.

Two women - one 21, one 33-years-old, died.

Police have released the names of the two people killed in a Louisiana movie theater shooting.

FOX News Radio's Tonya J. Powers reports:

Lafayette police say 21-year-old Mayci Breaux died at the scene, and 33-year-old Jillian Johnson died at a hospital after both were shot inside the Grand 16 Theater.

(Edmonson) "Don't lose sight of the fact that these two individuals had a vision, had a name, they had a future. It wasn't to die, horribly, as they did in this theater here."

Louisiana State Police Colonel Mike Edmonson... with a reminder not to lose sight of the victims.

Police say the gunman is 59-year-old John Russell Houser - a drifter from Alabama - they say used a 40-caliber handgun, firing at least 13 rounds before turning the gun on himself.
