Banks Reopen In Greece
The banks are open in Greece again, but not without conditions.

, the lines were outside the bank’s front doors, as the shutters finally went up again.
But, there are still limits on withdraws. A maximum $65 a day.
At the same time a tax increase has kicked in, part of a deal with international creditors, making everything from coffee to taxis more expensive.
Meanwhile, talks to finalize a new bailout continue.
