Google Self-Driving Car Involved In Injury Accident

    One of Google’s self-driving cars has been involved in an injury accident.

    FOX News Radio’s Lisa Lacerra reports:

    One of Google’s self-driving cars has been involved in an injury accident for the first time. One of its SUVs was rear ended in Mountain View, the company’s home city. Three people complaining of minor whiplash. They were all released after the July 1st collision. The company saying the SUV was stopped near an intersection when another car hit it at less than 20 miles per hour. On board sensors showing the driver of the other car didn’t put on the brakes. Google says in six years of testing its cars have been hit 14 times.
