The White House is working hard to convince Congress about the merits of the Iran nuclear deal.
FOX News Radio's Rachel Sutherland reports:
Vice President Joe Biden pitched the deal today to members of Congress, who have 60 days to review it. After hearing from Biden, Democrat New York Congressman Steve Israel said he has reservations about the agreement...
(Israel) "I read the joint comprehensive plan of action last night. There's nothing in it that relieved my skepticism."
He's most concerned about the way inspections will be carried out in Iran, and about lifting an embargo on conventional arms. The President has said it would be a mistake to walk away from the agreement, and that he'll veto any legislation blocking the deal.
