A deal has been reached in the nuclear talks with Iran in Vienna.

The agreement is set to give Iran billions of dollars in sanctions relief, in exchange for curbing its nuclear activities.

The final document expected to include a deal to allow inspections of Iranian nuclear facilities, albeit with some restrictions, and a cap on production of nuclear material that can be used in bombs.
A U.N. arms embargo against Iran is expected to stay in place.
