Scott Walker has become one of 15 Republicans in the crowded race for President.
FOX News Radio's Rachel Sutherland reports:
Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker made it official in a video announcement this morning.
(Walker) "It's not too late, we can make our country great again."
He highlighted his success in reforming the state's pension system...
(Walker) "We enacted big bold reforms, and took power out of the hands of the big government special interests."
Walker says his experience balancing the budget in Wisconsin separates him from the other GOP candidates. The most recent Real Clear Politics average of polls has him in second place, behind Jeb Bush.
