In Charleston, South Carolina, the suspect in the shooting of nine people at a historic Black church has been charged.
FOX News Radio's Eben Brown reports from Charleston:
Dylan Storm Roof has not only confessed to the shooting inside Mother Emanuel AME church Wednesday night, but now police have officially charged him with nine counts of murder, presumably one for each of the victims. He'll also answer to the crime of illegally possessing a firearm. Roof has a previous trespassing conviction on his record which makes it unlawful for him to have a gun.
