Two more Republicans set to take the presidential plunge, and it's the second time around for one of them.

FOX News Radio's Eben Brown reports:

Rick Perry, former governor of Texas, today becomes the tenth Republican to join the White House race. He'll speak in Dallas today .

(Perry) "I'm incredibly optimistic about the future of this country. I think we're just a few good decisions, and obviously a leadership change at the top, away from the greatest days this county's ever had."

And just this morning , news that former governor of Florida, Jeb Bush, will make a formal announcement in Miami on June 15th. Bush ranked as a top candidate among GOP primary voters in this week's FOX News poll
