South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham announces his 2016 Presidential run.

FOX News Radio's Rachel Sutherland reports from South Carolina:

Central, South Carolina: Lindsey Graham's hometown... and the backdrop for his campaign launch. Graham says he can beat Hillary Clinton, but he needs to win the GOP primary first...and a new Des Moines Register Iowa poll has him pulling only one percent support. And, he's not hugely popular here in upstate South Carolina. JD Brannan from Greenville wouldn't vote for him.

(Brannan) "People do like him of course, but a lot of people, especially in the upstate here, I don't think they're real fond of some of his platforms."

Tuesday, Graham heads for New Hampshire.
