FOX News Radio's Eben Brown reports:
Swelling rivers from Austin to Houston have washed away homes and people inside... And now the Padera Dam, outside Dallas, is about to be toppled by rising waters. It's an emergency says Texas Governor Gregg Abbott.
(Abbott) "Because of the possibility of water flowing downstream of this dam, it's essential that anyone near that area stay out of its way."
More than 500 rescue mission have been completed in underwater neighborhoods.
