An Islamic militant group is claiming responsibility for an attack in Texas.

ISIS is reportedly claiming credit for Sunday's attack in a Dallas suburb at a cartoon contest depicting the prophet Muhammad.
We're also learning more about the men involved.
The FBI had been investigating Elton Simpson -- one of the suspected shooters -- since 2006. In 2010, a day before authorities say he was to leave for Somalia, he was arrested... Eventually charged with lying to a federal agent.
The other accused shooter's mother believes her son was influenced by Simpson...
(Sharon Soofi) "...and that he was the one that came up with this idea to go to Garland and do this horrible thing."
Both were wearing body armor when one of them shot a security officer in the leg, outside the event on Sunday.
