Competitive eating usually involves hot dogs or hot apple pies. But in Amarillo, Texas, they do things a little bigger.

Dozens were at the Big Texan Steak Ranch, this Sunday afternoon where Molly Schuyler gobbled down three 72-ounce steak dinners. Included were three baked potatoes, three shrimp cocktails, three salads and three rolls.

It only took Molly four minutes, 18 seconds to polish off the first meal-- besting the Big Texans' old record by nearly 40 seconds. She went on to finish all three meals in about 20 minutes.

The Sacramento, California-born champion's no stranger to these types of contests: She once consumed 363 chicken wings in 30 minutes in Philadelphia.
