2015 ACM Awards: Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan Win Big

It was a big night for Country as the Academy of Country Music Awards moved from Vegas to Texas to mark the show’s 50th anniversary.

Eric Church and Keith Urban opened the show with a duet but it was Miranda Lambert who walked away with the most awards – picking up 3 including Song and Album of the Year at the 50th annual Academy of Country Music Awards held in Arlington, Texas.

Miranda also received a milestone award.

(Lambert) “I was really proud — just in general — of the show being here and all of the artists and all the fans got to see exactly what we’re about in Texas.”

Also picking up milestone awards… George Strait, Reba McIntyre, Garth Brooks, Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, and Taylor Swift.

Little Big Town won Group of the Year.
