Search Area For Missing Malaysia Airlines Plane Could Double

The search may be expanded for the Malaysia Airlines plane that vanished last year.
FOX News Radio’s Simon Owen has an update:
Search teams are still scouring a 23,000 sq. mile area of the Indian Ocean. But with no trace of the plane yet — officials making plans for what comes next:
(Truss) “In the event that we cannot find the aircraft, the commitment has then been made to extend the search over a further 60,000 sq km.”
The Australian Transport Minister Warren Truss confirming the search zone will be doubled – extending the search operation potentially until the end of the year at a cost of some $39 million.
