President Obama Issues Executive Order Allowing Sanctions On Cyber Attackers
Calling cyber threats a national emergency, President Obama has issued an executive order to allow new sanctions on cyber attackers.

President Obama, saying in a statement, cyber threats are among the most serious economic and national security challenges to the U.S.
These sanctions would go after people who go after critical infrastructure or disrupt major networks, steal credit card information or trade secrets, and people who knowingly use that information.
