You'll be lovin' this news: The Golden Arches plan on testing a partial, all-day breakfast menu at some San Diego locations next month.
Jeff Stratton, the head of McDonald's USA, says they've been looking at ways of doing this for some time. The idea of making breakfast available outside normal hours is the company's way of keeping pace with the shifting habits of Americans.
