Which side of the aisle is happier?
FOX News Radio's Lisa Brady reports on a study published in the journal Science:
Capitol Hill, not exactly a warm and fuzzy place, but someone was curious enough to do a scientific study on who's in a better mood.
And after reviewing 18 years of the congressional record, including 432 million words of speeches, researchers from the University of California-Irvine say Democrats used more positive language, looked cheerier around the eyes, where it counts, in congressional photos and had more positive tweet followers.
Conservatives, though report being happier, which has been found in other studies too.
One psychology professor who co-authored this new study says liberals may not necessarily be happier, but they behave happier.
