NASCAR races to Sin City, for Sunday's race, the Kobalt 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway... no charges for Kurt Busch, and Brian Vickers gets the all clear to race again.

FOX News Radio's Marghiee Teshineh reports in "FOX in the Fast Lane":

Las Vegas Motor Speedway hosts this weekend's Cup race and Jimmie Johnson, a four time champion at the mile and a half track believes:

(Johnson) "Vegas will really be a telling sign of which teams are kinda of geared up for kind of the meat of the season and what our season is based on."

Martin Truex Jr. having a great season so far with two top ten finishes thinks he can win at Las Vegas if he can...

(Truex Jr)"You know run towards the front each and every week -- we'll put yourself in position to win some races."

Delaware prosecutors announce they will not file criminal charges against Kurt Busch following allegations of domestic violence by his ex-girlfriend, saying there was not enough evidence. Earlier this week, Busch agreed to follow NASCAR's recommended guidelines, to be eligible for reinstatement after being suspended last month.

And, Brian Vickers will back driving the No. 55 car for Michael Waltrip Racing this weekend in Las Vegas, after having heart surgery last December to repair a hole in his heart.
