Browns Quarterback Johnny Manziel Enters Treatment
Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel enters treatment.
FOX News Radio’s Lisa Brady reports:
A friend and adviser says Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel entered treatment on Wednesday, not confirming what type of treatment, only saying the Heisman Trophy winner knows there are areas he needs to improve to help him be a better family member, friend and teammate.
He was a first round pick in the 2014 NFL draft.
(Manziel) “Very eagar, very excited to get in and really get the ball rolling.”
But sat on the bench for most of his rookie year. And when he did play, wasn’t like the Texas A&M star and even then he’d had a party reputation.
Browns GM Ray Farmer, in a written statement, says they respect Manziel’s initiative and will fully support him throughout this process… Asking for his privacy to be respected.
