Dolly Parton kicked up her birthday heels this week, but the superstar also celebrated another milestone — a new development deal with NBC for a slate of TV movies based on her songs and inspiring rags-to-riches life. Dolly will also produce the projects.

And, country music singer and military vet Craig Morgan took on Seth Rogen’s “American Sniper” comments. Rogan tweeted the film reminded him of the Nazi propaganda film inside the film “Inglorius Basterds”.

Morgan posted on his Facebook page — “Seth Rogen”… “You are fortunate to enjoy the privilege and freedom of working in and living in the United States” … “thanks to people like Chris Kyle…”

Blake Shelton took to Twitter to call out filmmaker Michael Moore for labeling snipers as cowards, saying it …”Sickens me to see celebrities or anybody slam the very people who protect their right to talk …” “#truecowards”.

Both Rogan and Moore recanted their comments, saying they were not hating on the movie.
