Man Ticketed In Georgia For Eating While Driving

    1-20 Cheeseburger

A traffic ticket for “eating while driving.”

FOX News Radio’s Chris Foster reports:

Madison Turner from Alabama was driving in Cobb County, Georgia with a double quarter pounder with cheese in one hand.

A cop pulled him over for “distracted driving,” with “eating while driving” in the comments section of the ticket.

Turner says he wasn’t driving erratically…

(Turner) “For most of us, I think we can safely eat a burger and drive a car at the same time.”

And he says he’ll fight the ticket.

(Turner) “I stand by the right of every American to enjoy delicious fast food while they safely traverse the roadways.”

No comment from Cobb County Police.
