New GOP Congress To Tackle Keystone XL Pipeline Bill
The new, Republican-led Congress prepares to get to work.

There are 71 freshmen members — 58 in the House and 13 in the Senate — and their first order of business is the Keystone XL Pipeline. Legislation approving the project would surely pass both chambers, but the White House is being coy about whether the President would veto it.
