Music Legend Joe Cocker Dead

A music legend has died in Colorado.

FOX News Radio’s Sharon Katchen reports.

His gravely voice and passionate delivery are unmistakable. Joe Cocker has died at age 70. Sony Music says he fought a hard battle with small cell lung cancer.

Cocker was an international success. The singer-songwriter began his career in Sheffield, England in 1964, and he recorded at least 23 studio albums, his last — “Fire it Up” in 2012.  He won a Grammy for “Up Where We Belong” with Jennifer Warnes in 1983.
