Security Concerns Over Release Of CIA Torture Report [VIDEO]
Security warnings are posted for U.S. embassies and consulates around the globe ahead of the release of a Senate report on post-9/11 torture.
FOX News Radio’s Jared Halpern has more from the White House:
While officials here have welcomed the release of a Senate report critical of CIA interrogations a decade ago, the administration has sparred with Democrats over what should be seen, and not seen, by the public.
A final product, expected anytime this week, will highlight water boarding and other techniques carried out by the CIA at secret sites around Europe and Asia, the agency accused of hiding some of that activity from the President and lawmakers.
Ahead of that report’s release, foreign governments, U.S. intelligence and the State Department are preparing for protests and violence overseas.
