Attorney General Eric Holder says the federal probe continues into the Michael Brown shooting.

FOX News Radio's Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington.

Saying it's time to end racial profiling once and for all, Attorney General Eric Holder says the Justice Department will soon unveil new guidelines for federal law enforcement officers.

This, as President Obama wants more police to wear body cameras, saying there's:

(President Obama) "A simmering distrust that exists between too many police departments and too many communities of color."

The administration is not calling for an end to a federal program providing military-style equipment to local police, but it wants additional training and transparency.
