(Hamburg) ”Make smart, healthy food choices for themselves and their families.”
Commissioner Margaret Hamburg says all restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores will have to post calorie information “clearly” on their menus.
(Hamburg) ”But only if they’re part of a chain of 20 or more locations.”
Amusement parks and movie theaters will also be subject to the rules, as well as many vending machine owners. Businesses have a year to comply.
