How much does Thanksgiving cost? Well, a little more than last year.

FOX News Radio's Tonya J. Powers has details:

Looking for the reason the cost of Thanksgiving keeps going up? You can thank that dollop of whipped cream on your pumpkin pie.

The American Farm Bureau Federation did a survey on the cost of putting Thanksgiving dinner for ten on the table and found this year's price is $49.41 -- up 37 cents from last year.

Dairy products get some of the blame, jumping 25 cents over last year. Coffee, sugar, eggs and sweet potatoes raised the price too.

The food price hike is helped a little by cheaper gas prices, which will make it cheaper to drive to grandma's for the feast.

And even though this year's cost is up, it's still seven cents cheaper than in 2012... Which is something to be thankful about.
