A new report on government waste is out.

FOX News Radio’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

Inside the 2014 Wastebook: money spent on rabbit massages, synchronized swimming for sea monkeys, and watching grass grow. The retiring Senator Tom Coburn of Oklahoma compiled the 100-entry book on pork barrel spending. It also includes $171,000 spent by the National Science Foundation to teach monkeys how to gamble to “unlock the secrets of free will”. Senator Coburn notes the spending comes at a time when the federal government is shouldering the weight of massive national debt.
