Another Security Blunder For Secret Service
Another blunder for the Secret Service… an armed security contractor shared an elevator with President Obama.
FOX News Radio’s Jared Halpern reports from the White House:
A few days before Omar Gonzalez made it inside the White House, a private security contractor with a gun and a violent criminal record was allowed on an elevator with President Obama.
That security lapse occurring last month during the President’s visit to the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta.
The security contractor, the Washington Post reports, was fired on the spot, but the incident was not mentioned by Secret Service director Julia Pierson during hours of testimony on Capitol Hill yesterday .
